We load our trucks and pull our orders in advance. Deliveries should be finalized 72 hours in advance of delivery date to avoid rush charges. Will call pickups are more flexible, though finalizing in advance helps ensure availability of the items you want.

Yes. If you're picking up and you need a couple extra tables or linen, we can add to your order as needed.

Yes! We appreciate a heads up, but if it makes your life easier to return here, that's fine.

If we can help, we will - but we ask that you bring a friend and some rope to tie your order down. It is not a guarantee that our warehouse has loaders staffed, especially during peak seasons.

If your event is over the weekend, you would pick up as early as Friday and return as late as Monday. If your event is during the week, pick up on Monday and return on Thursday. Remember, we are closed during the weekend!

First, please call to let us know you're going to be late. There are two options: you can keep the items for another rental period at your expense, or you can return them to our Santa Ana warehouse.

Yes. In order to make a quote into a reservation, we require a credit card on file in our secure online vault. We don't take payment until the day prior to pick up, so use cash (exact change) or another card if you wish - just let us know. 

Some of our items are extremely heavy, bulky, odd-shaped, or fragile. We will consult with you while building your order. The most common items picked up here are Tables, Chairs, Linen, Glassware & Dishware, and smaller decor items.
