This rental package includes:
- (4) Heavy duty frame tents (10' x 10' each)
- Proprietary signage system to hang booth banners visibly
- Sliding back walls for easy rear access, full height side walls
- Mesh front wall with two pass-throughs to enclose tent completely
- Market string lighting (along front and back of tent grouping) with extra-bright LEDs
- (8) Folding 6' tables
- (4) Folding 4' tables to create "U" shape of prep tables
- Concrete weights (or tent stakes) and ropes
- Fire extinguishers and signage per code requirements
- All setup and removal labor
Food and Beverage sales are often the key to a profitable fundraiser, festival, or outdoor expo. We have rented these Food Booth Tents to countless music festivals, church gatherings, and college fairs - and have passed health inspection every time. We suggest one person staffed inside doing cashiering duties and the other prepping food.
If you are expecting a high volume of attendees, pass on the Basic Food Booth and opt for the Deluxe Food Booth Tent Package, as you can double output with them.

A quick reminder: cooking is NOT allowed inside of the tent. Doing so is a violation of the health and fire code and causes irreparable damage to our tent equipment.
Rental package does not include delivery fees. Permit(s) may be needed with the City and/or Fire Authority depending on the size of your event. We can help with that!
