72" Round Table

$ 10.00

Dimensions: 72" across x 30" high

The proper linen for this table is a 132" round, which falls perfectly to the floor on all sides. We can also use a 132" Garden Linen which has a sewn slit in the center to accommodate an umbrella through the middle of the table. If you want to spend a little less on linen and you're having an informal event or festival, try a 102" round linen.

We suggest a 90" overlay over top of the base linen which will make a diamond shape; the points will hang about 2" short of the floor.

The 72" round table is the largest round table available for rent and is usually used for dining. We suggest 10 to a table for formal events with large place settings (lots of glasses, bread baskets, large centerpiece, pre-set dessert, et cetera). For casual events with a single plate, fork, and knife, you can seat 12.

36" Cocktail Table (Tall)

$ 9.50

Dimensions: 36" across x 42" high.

The proper linen for this table is a 120" round, which just touches the floor.

If you are using a sash tied around the middle of the table post (making an hourglass shape), we suggest ordering a 132" round linen instead of a 120". You will need the extra length make the hourglass shape and if you use a 120" linen the legs of the cocktail table will show. The 132" linen will leave enough extra at the bottom to flare all the way over the legs.

The 36" cocktail table is not to be confused with the 36" Round Table. The cocktail table is for standing (at 42" bar height), the round table is for sitting. This table is ideal if you want standing room only, but have more than just drinks. Appetizers and small plates fit better on this table; if you prefer a smaller table for drinks only, check out the 30" Cocktail Table. 30" Cocktail Table (Tall)

$ 9.00

Standard Dimensions: 30" across x 42" high

Barrel Dimensions: 24" across x 36" high

The proper linen for this table is tricky, and requires a choice. Do you prefer the linen to hang just a little bit short of the ground, or to be a little long and puddle up around the base? If the former, use a 108" round and it will be 3" up from the floor (we would say this is correct). Barrels do not take linen.

The 120" round puddles around the base of the table with about 3" of extra material on each side. Sometimes this is a preferred look when a more luxurious linen is used; it gives a feeling of weight to the tables. This is easily solved by rolling the excess under itself if you end up not liking it.

If you are using a traditional linen with a sash tied around the middle of the post (making an hourglass shape), we suggest ordering a 132" round linen instead of a 108" or 120". You will need the extra length make the hourglass shape and if you use a 120" linen the legs of the cocktail table will show. The 132" linen will leave enough extra at the bottom to flare all the way over the legs.

Also, you can order these cocktail tables with Spandex covers that give a clean, modern, fitted look. The spandex covers have no excess material. You can keep the tops straight for a smooth spandex hourglass, or twist the tops to give the spandex a dynamic, twisted look.

Easily the most popular table we rent, the 30" cocktail table is not to be confused with the 30" Round (Cabaret) Table. The cocktail table is for standing (at 42" bar height), the cabaret is for sitting. This table is popular when just drinks are landing on the table. If you are having small bites where a guest would be holding a plate and fork as well, consider a 36" Cocktail Table. This is a three-piece table (base + pole + top) that easily fits in any car or truck, making it a popular pickup item.

8 ft. Rectangular Banquet Table

$ 8.00

Dimensions: 96" long x 30" wide x 30" high

The proper linen for this table is an 8' drape, which falls perfectly to the floor on all sides (156" x 88").

We suggest a 10' banquet overlay over top of the base linen. This will cover the top of the table and will hang down on all sides about halfway. There are two reasons to use the banquet topper: One is when you want to mix-and-match colors between base and top linens, and the other is when you are flipping the table frequently and don't want to change a premium base linen. A great example of the latter is in true banquet-style food service - if the top is dripped on and stained with food, it's less expensive to launder the banquet linen than the base linen.

The 8' table is commonly rented for dining and because of it's length is often delivered.

6 ft. Rectangular Banquet Table

$ 7.25

Dimensions: 72" long x 30" wide x 30" high

The proper linen for this table is a 6' drape, which falls perfectly to the floor on all sides (132" x 88").

We suggest a 54" square overlay over top of the base linen (diagonally, to make a diamond shape). Use the topper to add some color or when you are flipping the table frequently and don't want to pay as much to launder a premium base linen.

The 6' table is the most popular table rental because of its versatility and portability. It is ideal for conferences or booths. It fits in most large vehicles for pickup from our warehouse.

4 ft. Rectangular Banquet Table

$ 7.00

Dimensions: 48" long x 30" wide x 30" high

The proper linen for this table is a 4' drape, which falls perfectly to the floor on all sides (108" x 88").

We suggest a 54" overlay over top of the base linen at an angle so that it makes a diamond shape over the rectangle. Give it a whirl to add some color!

Often, the 4' table rents as an extension to other tables connected end-to-end when there just isn't enough space to squeeze in another full size one. For example: you have a wall that measures 28' and you want to put a long table in front of it for a silent auction. Three eight foot tables leave a 4' gap, perfectly filled by a 4' table.

The 4' table is also much, much easier to pick up and load from our warehouse when you want to will-call your order.

$ 11.00

Dimensions: 60" at widest point x 30" deep x 30" high

Quarter Round Table

$ 9.00

Dimensions: 42" at widest point x 30" table depth x 30" high. The outer radius is 30".

The best linen size for the quarter table is a 90" round. This will touch the floor at the widest points of the table; there will be a little bit of puddling in some spots, but this is best solved by rolling the fabric under itself (and pinning it if desired).

The quarter-round table is typically used to connect banquet tables into angled shapes. It also fills a dead corner in a room well. We suggest using our table-leg extensions to loft the table up and flank it with a serpentine table to make a two-tiered corner display.

6' School Table

$ 9.00

Dimensions: 72" long x 18" wide x 30" high

In lieu of a full linen, we suggest a 10' banquet overlay. This will cover the top of the table and will hang down on the sides about halfway, leaving space for guests' legs so as not be tangled in fabric.

The 6' school table is the rental choice for setting up a classroom in rows since you can fit more students in the room. These also make perfect silent auction tables around the edge of a smaller room.

Kids Table

$ 10.00

Dimensions: 72" long x 30" wide x 24" high

Although this table is tough plastic and begs for a roll of plastic to be taped down over the top, we suggest a 10' banquet overlay to keep it classy. This will cover the top of the table and will almost touch the floor on all sides.

This is the only non-wood table in our inventory as being waterproof is a necessary feature. It fits in most large vehicles for pickup from our warehouse and rents best with our Kids Chairs.
